We do our best to ensure orders usually take between 10 and 14 working days to produce from approval of proof, pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Monddi Dimond Press customer service team will contact you if the product you have selected is not currently in stock. Orders are dispatched via post or courier, whilst we endeavour to dispatch goods within these timescales we will not be held responsible for late or non-deliveries due to the fault of the courier. Orders placed on a Monday will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders place on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday. We post orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding public holidays). Should our store be closed for a small break, we will notify you of any postage delays and give you the option of a refund, should our parcel not be able to arrive to you in your desired time frame. We also take every care to ensure your goods leave in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the courier. If your goods arrive damaged please contact us. In the event of a machine breakdown we will inform you of the expected delay and issue a full refund if necessary.

If you are local to the area, or will be in our area for the day, we are pleased to allow office collections for online orders. Please note: we are only open Monday to Friday and collection times need to be prearranged prior to collection. Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Personalised orders cancelled prior to the approval of artwork proof are eligible for a 50% refund of the value already paid; orders cancelled after approval of artwork will not be refunded. Cancellation notification via email will be accepted and is subject to confirmation in writing.

Monddi Dimond Press packages your goodies with much love and care, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement.
1. The item/items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. 2. The product/s must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 3. Email us at email@example.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense. Monddi Dimond Press cannot be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
Due to the nature of letterpress some slight colour, registration and print finishing variation may occur, though we do our best to uphold the highest standards possible, Monddi Dimond Press do not accept refunds if we do not deem the quality of your goods to have stepped outside of these norms. If we deem your order to be below our usual high standards Monddi Dimond Press will offer the option of a reprint or refund in full. We do not cover any costs involved in returning goods.
