Design for a bustling waterfront marina

The
Brief

The vibrant Milford Waterfront Development is a busy waterfront locale in the heart of Pembrokeshire. It’s designed to draw visitors to Milford Haven by creating a dynamic destination for living, working, and leisure.

The marina at the fishing port of Milford Haven is home to a wide range of different shops, cafes, restaurants, and heritage buildings.

Under the leadership of the Port of Milford Haven, this area is the centre of many flagship projects and ventures, with many more in the pipeline for an exciting future at the Waterfront.

The
Project

Over the years, we have produced multiple marketing materials for Milford Waterfront. This includes the design and printing of two distinct brochures that highlight the marina’s bustling businesses, amenities, and events. We have also recently designed and printed a tourism leaflet and a roller banner for an exhibition.

Summer 2025 saw us design and print material for the Summer Fest; including a table topper, postcard, and leaflets to promote the offerings available at the Waterfront during the summer.

Contemporary

The
Solution

Monddi created two high-quality brochures to showcase the range of products and services Milford Waterfront offers to visitors. The contemporary brochure design and bold imagery strongly reflected the regeneration of the waterfront into a modern, cosmopolitan area.

We worked closely with the team at Milford Waterfront throughout the project to identify key metrics, including brand personality, target audience, and tone of voice. In accordance with the client, we invested in high-quality photography and paper stock.

More recently, we were tasked with creating a roller banner and leaflet design to encourage tourism to the Waterfront. Using high-quality imagery to showcase Milford Haven as a holiday destination was key. In addition, we included maps to display tourist attractions and travel distances from across the UK. Most of all, creating a striking look that stood out with the vibrant colours of the Waterfront brand was central to the designs.

Working closely with a client allows us to produce the right design — conveying the appropriate tone, message, and level of professionalism required. We’ve worked closely with many sectors over the years, and are proud to have long-standing professional relationships.
